First Level Protection: Flight Controller with Dual-Redundancy | |

The whole system is controlled by the integrated Gemini autopilot which consists of two independent GPS units with compass and two independent inertial measurement units (IMU). This means the autopilot has a high level of built in redundancy making the aircraft extremely safe and reliable. The GCS (ground control station) allows the user to monitor the working status of both sensors and if either has an error it will switch seamlessly to a working sensor at the same time alerting the pilot via an alarm prompt, greatly reducing the possibility of failure or even a crash. The GPS and compass units of the GEMINI can also be combined with the IMU of another aircraft to improve the flexibility of your operation. |

Second Level Protection: deployment of parachute in emergency | |

The aircraft is fully compatible with our safety parachute system. The parachute is controlled by the Gemini autopilot which, in emergency, will stop the propellers and automatically deploy the parachute. The resultant soft landing will protect the entire system. |
Aerial Rocker-Arm Function | |

The autopilot provides a rocker arm function whereby the aircraft can repeat a programmed flying route a number of times whilst also repeating an automated photographic task, taking photographs at pre-set intervals and at pre-programmed waypoints. In post-processing, it is possible to achieve much higher standards by choosing the most suitable and accurate shot for your project. |

The E-Epic is above all a Professional Octo aircraft primarily for use in commercial photography but is also suitable for the upper end of the hobby enthusiast market. It therefore has enhanced safety, extremely high stability and heavy load performance. The Gemini professional autopilot and Z6000(RED) high-end gimbal work together to achieve auto-hover precision, accurate waypoint flying and other features such as “follow me†demanded by the expert pilot. |
Auto avoidance of landing gear | |

The unique, user-friendly Gimbal-Carefree feature provided by the professional autopilot ensures the camera lens is never obscured by any part of the aircraft, making the added weight and complexity of retractable gear redundant. This means that the pilot can control the gimbal alone and the aircraft under the control of the autopilot will follow the moves of the gimbal synchronously so that the landing gear and airframe will never be seen by the camera lens. Whilst this is happening the autopilot will ensure that the aircraft keeps moving forward according to the pre-programmed flying route. |
Easy to carry foldable frame | |

The Octo-copter frame, because of its large size, is designed to fold down to make it easy to transport and carry. Folding is made quick and easy by the provision of a specially designed quick disassembly device on each frame arm. |
Integrated circuit design | |

circuits including batteries, electronic components, motors and ESCs
are integrated into the central frame and the frame arms. This greatly
simplifies wiring, reduces the possibility of malfunction and enables
