ZERO TECH GEMINI multi-rotor redundancy autopilot is a complete flight control system for various multi-rotor platforms, for commercial and industrial AP applications.

ZERO TECH GEMINI autopilot push the flight safety to the limits, integrated two independent working MC (Inside IMU), GPS/COMPASS, and support ZERO TECH safety parachute,which provide multiple reliable insurance to the absolute flight safety.

In GPS mode, with GCS and RC Transmitter captured the corresponding on/off position of safety parachute, if the controller attitude angle achieves 70-90degree, the system shall automatically open the safety parachute, and stop the motors to protect your aircraft. In manual mode, you can also manually control the opening of the safety parachute through RC Transmitter.

Friendly built-in black box function, it records flight data automatically and save a one-minute data before motors stop rotating. It auto-record and simple data exporting brings you reassuring flying experience.

GEMINI not only has the distinctive advantages in safe and stable flight for multirotor, but also fulfill multiple aerial photography tasks through the real-time flight data and visible 3D map, which precisely complete automatical takeoff/landing, waypoints flight, point of interests, click and fly to pointed place etc, professional aerial photography tasks, it makes automatic flight without manual intervention, widely applied to cinematography, remote mapping, aerial prospecting, disaster monitoring, traffic patrol, security monitoring, forest fire prevention, power line patrol etc.

Waypoints of GEMINI can be set to the number of destinations up to 256, users can carry out for each waypoint special settings, such as height, hovering time, flight speed, longitude and latitude etc. to meet the complex requirement of the routes and flying task, intelligently adjust flying speed and altitude. You can setup shutter on each waypoint or change the waypoint route during the flight.

GEMINI comes with Master Controller and Slave Controller, included two MC (IMU inside), two GPS/COMPASS, it will automatically switch the control to the other one whenever one malfunction which decrease the failure rate to be zero.

GEMINI ground station (Phone terminal) is monitoring the working status of two controllers, it will alarm you through GCS whenever any one sensor detect error or out-of-control.

You can preset a 3D coordinates of each key shooting place, and slightly push the sticks, aircraft will automatically fly the 3D coordinates route, flying speed can be easily controlled through your RC Transmitter, which achieves precise repeat shooting.

FPV shooting (first person view) is indispensable method of aerial photography, GEMINI controls the aircraft and fly the same direction of camera shooting, namely the head of aircraft always follows the camera shooting direction, for a more smooth and precise aerial photography, eliminate lag of video footage in the mode of gimbal following airraft.

GEMINI has 2-axis gimbal stabilization, only need one-time parameter setup, system will correct and adjust the gimbal according to flight attitude, which allows the camera to maintain a stable angle and increases the aerial photography stability. GEMINI also supports ZERO TECH 3-axis brushless gimbal stabilization, perfectly combine with Z series gimbals, has high-precision attitude handling which achieves impressive effect for aerial photography.

GEMINI has camera shutter functions of supporting Canon 550D, 600D, 5D mark II, 5D mark III etc, and it saves information of each photo like longitude, latitude, altitude, course and attitude etc.

For those flying tasks which do not allow preset waypoints or need to change flying target accordingly, click any target point on the google map, click "Click and Go" button, the aircraft shall fly to the target point automatically as command. Easy operation easy to go.

Craft will finish the flying automatically according to the preset waypoints. After drawing new waypoints path or selecting from last waypoints records, the aircraft will fly to the first waypoint and hover there, then fly all waypoints in sequential order to complete all waypoints flying. Meanwhile, according to different flying task, you can preset the waypoints location on google map and then one-button click " Auto-generating waypoints", system shall generate the waypoints path automatically and display its general length, it is easy to save your last waypoints records as option for next time flying.

Monitor present current and power consumption on "Data" page of GCS. After connecting power calculation module, controller will automatically ZERO sensor and start monitoring current output (A) and power consumption (mAh) which is display on GCS.

Usually, the forward direction of a flying multi-rotor is the same as the nose direction. By using Intelligent Orientation Lock, wherever the nose points, the forward direction has nothing to do with nose direction:
In course lock flying, the forward direction is the same as a recorded nose direction.

During the flight, once you enabled the automatic dodging landing gear function by a switch, the head of aircraft will automatically follow the same precise direction with camera, thus the landing gear will never be seen in your shot, meanwhile preset flying route will keep same still and move forward as preset flying direction, which achieves 360° panoramic shooting, humanized design is much closer to the needs of users.

If the aircraft and its controller disconnects during flight, the system will automatically start auto return-to-home function and the aircraft will return to home automatically. You can also program a One Key Go Home function through the RC transmitter.

This function means that when the aircraft is in attitude or GPS attitude mode, and one of the motors stops, the aircraft will retain good attitude and rotate around the frame arm with the stopped motor. In this condition, the aircraft is still under control and returns home safely and highly reducing the risk of a crash.
